Yeah! This is the one article that I was supposed to finish years ago!

Ongoing projects

Pull up the weeds around the rose beds.

Cut/removed the dead stems, flowers and leaves from the birds-of-paradise.

Trim the Peach, Lemon, Tangerine, Apple and Loquat tree. But unfortunately the apple tree died  more a year ago.

Take care of the plants of Tomato, Dragonfruit, Bell pepper, Succulents, Lily, potato, sweet potato and such.

How much you can learn from tending your garden.
Years ago, I never can get that how those seniors would enjoy gardening?
Don't they have something more important to do, like, working. Now I am doing and enjoying it myself. Somehow, it heals my broken and tiring heart.

Weeds roots deep and a lot of time they grow around and even looks alike the vegetables that you are growing. Also, it makes harder to pull them up without hurting the vegetables.

Sometimes the tomato plant looks like dying at the base but still growing farther, flowering even fruiting.

Garden weeds can always grow from the tough conditions, like grow from the cement cracks and it also makes it harder to get rid of them,

They can be annoying for the gardens, yet it provides lessons that we can learn from.

Lentil Sprouts

A lifeless seed, yet it’s alive. It can be sprouted, can even be planted to bear tens, hundreds, even thousands of fruits.

Diamonds

Coal/graphite is opaque and soft while diamonds are transparent and hard though they are made of the same and only one element, carbon.

Tears

Sadly, sometimes I rather that we never met or know each other. Then there will be no tears to shade or heart to be broken when we have to say farewell to each other especially when it’s the end of one of them left the earth.

Life is like a story book, turn the page there always be another new chapter waiting for you.

Since then my car has been through a couple of repairs still didn’t solve the problem so, I decided to buy a new one and trade in the old one.

The whole thing, from fixing to buying feeling like I am not being treated right.

No bothering friends, no Uber, no bus therefore walking.

New sneakers

Finally, make up my mind on buying a new pair of sneakers.

But failed why, I went to two different stores and picked the one that I liked and they didn’t have my size. So I thought that I will pick one that I like less.

Then I went to the cashier suddenly remembered that I didn’t have the credit card with me. I did have enough cash to pay for it, but I already comprise with the shoe choice.

A day under high pressure.

Main person is not in as usual.

Multitasking as usual.

Serious incident happens, participate has a heart attack while playing mahjong. 

Walk through with fire inspector.

Feeling nausea, headache, tightness of breathe finally makes it to drive myself home.

Force myself to drink light salty lemon water and lassi and rest/sleep. 

Wakes up couple times feels chilly with minor running nose then hot flash.

Praying and singing worship songs in mind whenever I am able.

It has been a long time since don’t even remember when was the last time we three had the vacation together.

Times fly soon they will be out of this nest.

Journey

Life is like a one way journey, you will encounter different people at different stage. It may be short or long. Not all will be your companion all the way through, some may only pass by, some may have good impact on you, some may hurt you intentionally or accidentally.

Never lost faith in yourself, never forget whoever lend a hand to you. If you ever fail or get hurt from others, turn them into experience and power.

Passionate and keep on going until the end.

Telepathy

Weeks ago, my older son came home stated that he was frightened by a bee that almost landed on him while he was waiting for his ride.

Then I showed him a picture of a bee that I took earlier at church, and I joked that was this the one that scared you.

Yesterday I was trying to touch base with my younger one by texting and we were texting to each other about the hailing down our city almost at the same time.

But

So true otherwise you’ll fall but sometimes how I wish the precious moment would never pass.

Forgiveness Brings Healing

I know it’s really hard to forgive. Stop punishing yourself for others’ faults.

Feel so sad when the kid has to away from home for school or work. But even sadder is I then realized that how sad was my parents felt when I moved far away from home.

Book

Life is like a book, don’t hesitate to turn the page. Good things may happen next page, yet you are the author.

But

There are so many things and thoughts that I want and need to write them down. Must fight with my laziness and procrastination.
