Super busy from work lately, I’m tired, not physically but mentally.

So much want and need to share.

But just has no mood to write them down, I do write down all the titles for them for now.

Yes! He is singing and dancing in the rain. He is so enjoy it, with perfect move and sound effects and music.
 

I remember, when I was little, every time it rains, I just put on the raincoat and rain boots and ran to the school playground and play in the rain. That’s so much fun and memory of it.
 

You see when you don’t ask much, you can easily appreciate what you have by some simple thing and mind. I made my own toys, the sword, paper dolls and their clothes and furniture for them, the sand bags and etc.

I love musical movies; they can all dancing, singing, acting with a humorous manner and an attractive looking in one person.

community service

This morning at the rehabilitation center that we have regular community service, another senior friend, say yes to the Lord and pastor give the baptism to her.

What a precious moment.

Last week when we first met her and ask her can we give her a blessing prayer. She said yes, and she seems has a very soft heart last time, but because it’s in a rush also it’s the lunch hour, so I didn’t get chance to talk to her more. And this week when I see her again, I decide to seize the chance and ask her, praise the Lord, the answer is a firm YES.

Another soul been saved. May the Lord continue to bless her and her family. The holly spirit will guide in everyday’s life.

birthday

Both my kids’ this year’s birthday pass already.

For the younger one, I almost forget about it. The other day, he called me, when he arrived home after school. I asked him, “Do you know what date is today? Do you know what so special is today?” Here’s his answer, “of course I know, today’s my birthday!”

And then is my older one’s birthday, I choice to stay home one day to keep company with him, we went grocery shopping together. We got something different from our other time’s shopping list. We have chocolate doughnuts, the bake not the fry ones, pumpkin spice cookie, which is seasonal and I thought it’ll go will with ice cream, so yes! We also have butter pecan ice cream. Yum! Yum!

I always tell them that the traditional birthday for our family is, noodle with an egg. Of course with other dish too. Their answer is as usual, like, what? No present, cake or party for it.

I know that sometimes, I’m way too easy to content. I really enjoy the time with them, typically at this kind of important days. Even when the time we don’t even talk or look at each others, just being with them alongside.

May Lord continue bless them forevermore on anything and everything that they need.

Easy to be contented is a good thing, but only in one condition that you do try your best and knowing your own strength.

Prescriptions For Contentment, love, humor, thankful heart, faith, inspirational, creativity, wisdom, empathy, peace, joyful heart, humility, family, friend, simply and more, looks like it’s not easy to be contented, it may not come naturally, but it can be brought up.

talent & practice & willing heart

The other day I was peeling the skins of Persimmon for the kids. Then my younger one asked me, why and how you can peel the skin so perfectly. I told him, by practice and a willing heart.

Even you have talents for any kind, if you don’t practice or you don’t really enjoy it, you won’t success.

Not long ago, our fellowship has some kind of altercations, so a lot of capable worship members quit the team. I feel so sad about it, and I think that’s how I, as a not so qualified vocalist, can have the chance to join the team.

I’m not try to despise myself, but I do don’t have almost any kind of qualifications for standing on the stage and sing, knowing how to read the notes, good voice and so forth. Most of all I’m an extremely shy person. The only requirement that I have is a willing heart of worshiping our Lord.

Praise the Lord, now some of the members start to come back to the team. Our team is a strong team in any kind. And my ability improves some among those talented persons, by their encouragement, teaching, giving me chances to being one of them and learning.

Around 11 years ago I was in big trouble; I lost my job, that’s the sole income for my family too. My kids are only one and seven years old. And my company was applying the green card for me at that time, all of the sudden, I became an illegal immigrant. I felt like there’s no way to out of it. But Lord never forget about me, He reminds me it’s time to come back to Him, at that point I’ve away from church for some years. He told me, let’s hold hands together, face and solve the problems one by one.

I found that you can also make hash brown using oven, baking. This is I prefer to do the dish without inhaling the smoke from cooking.

For the ingredients, you just use the exact same as pan fry them.

And this time, besides the shredded potato, egg, wheat flour, salt, oil, pepper, I’m going to have a tiny little bit of shredded carrots too. That way it will be more nutritious and looks prettier with the carroty, I think and hope.

Negotiation is a tough job. The other day my kid tries to settle some deals with the internet provider. We’ve got a good deal. Good job! Well done!

And I can tell he has done some homework before the negotiation.

book review - power of two

Be honest with you that at the beginning of reading, I almost give up on it. It’s kind of bored to me. But I already returned one book 2 week ago back to library, because I found no interest in it. I know I shouldn’t let go this easy, so I force myself to give it another shot, I continue to read a little more. And the very same night when I try to listen to the online Living Life from the web which in our church, we are encouraged to do the daily devotion base on it. This the bible verses that touch my heart, Ecclesiastes 傳道書 4:9-10, that when I know, I will continue this book.

I’m so glad that I persist on reading it. I find some interesting points and fun facts too.

Yes! We all agree that in most cases 2 is better than 1. There are facts that most of the people don’t know about them, the inside successful stories.

Amongst those there are some of them we all probably familiar with, John Lennon and Paul McCartney, together they are not only founded the Beatles, but whose songwriting collaboration changed the landscape of pop music. 

Apple founders, Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak.

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and COO Sheryl Sandberg, how they met each and work together as a pair and many more real stories, and much more real life examples, they all can inspire us in somewhat.

In the midst the facts, a Russian-American choreographer, George Balanchine, who brought the artistry of the Ballets Russes to America, and his protégé Suzanne Farrell—but their main purpose is the creative work they share, touches me the most.

All those famous accomplishment pairs, not all of them math up at the first place or agree on each other at all time.

It is said that there are a lot of talents, unfortunately not very single talent can be appreciated, that is really a sympathize thing!

And sometimes the chances are, we can help ourselves by going to the right places to get to have more opportunities to be found or meeting the right person.
