Made a pumpkin kidney bean milk, it tasted ok. I only added a little bit of sugar, if add a some more sugar, I am sure it will make a big difference.
And remember to always wash the skin of the pumpkin or potato or yam and such thoroughly. Because it has a whole lot of nutrients plus fiber in it, consume them altogether.
