Porto's Bakery

Always want to have Porto's Bakery, but never do.

First of all, it’s a little far away.

And it’s always a long line to wait.

Today instead of going to buy it.

It came to me and it is free.

Incredible!

Relationship

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=7F4mPQA08e4

In the relationship, never be the only one to sacrifice everything.
Especially in marriage.
There is neither 100% right nor 100% wrong of any party.
But the cruel thing is, you need to be brave to cut the sad relationship clean.
Though it is tough, it ends the hurting not just with yourself but also with the people that love you truly.

Sometimes, opening your mouth to ask for help is hard.
You want to solve the problem alone, not to bother anyone or let them worry about you.
Good or bad, I have no idea. Because I am that kind of person.
On the surface, acting like everything is fine. Tears behind others’ backs.
Too many things happened to me. Actually, as long as you live, challenges are there, big or tiny.
One thing that I do believe is that everything will be fine. You just need to have confidence in yourself.
Cheers!

To marry or to marry?
To have kids or not to have kids?
Is that the question?
If not happy in any kind of relationship. Walk away gallantry and never look back. Otherwise, shut your mouth, it’s your own decision.

Stand up, learn your lesson, and grow up.

Normally, I don’t prefer sad stories. Life is short and tough enough.
At times, those are the vents of our emotions.

Experts have found that these little creatures can learn - even though they don't have a brain.
They discovered that jellyfish are capable of changing their behaviour based on previous experiences - something that's never been seen before in other similar species.
Scientists believe their findings could change our understanding of the brain and could reveal more about how our own brains work. Jellyfish have been around for more than 500 million years, long before the first dinosaurs roamed on Earth. They've often been thought of as very simple organisms - jellyfish are made up of around 98% water and have no bones, no brain, and no heart.
However, a new study by scientists from the University of Copenhagen has found that they can learn at a much more complex level than ever imagined. They looked at Caribbean box jellyfish, which are only around a centimetre long and are known to be able to navigate their way through tricky obstacles, including murky waters and a maze of underwater mangrove roots.
Scientists discovered that they're able to do this by using their complex system of 24 eyes, which allows them to recognise obstacles. They can then learn from past experiences in a process called associative learning. Anders Garm, a marine biologist from the University of Copenhagen, explained that jellyfish can be trained to"predict a future problem and try to avoid it."
It's the first time that such simple creatures have been shown to have such abilities - until now, it's only been seen in more complex animals. Experts say the study shows that even simple animals are capable of learning and that it could help us understand more about how our own brains work.”

Day 128

More blessings to come.

Woke up from the dream and told myself it’s still early, so go back to sleep.
When I woke up again, I forgot all about my dream; it’s a very busy dream though.
That’s why people say get the pepper and pen ready on your bedside so you get to write down your dream.
But the other side that will just wake up completely and won’t be able to go back to sleep again.

I wish that I had the power to go write with my mind. By this, I won’t miss any thought that comes to my mind at random times.

Watched movie, “Ford v Ferrari”.

The coincidence thing is, I’ve experienced agitation lately, and it fades right after I happened to consume quite a lot of mandarins from our own tree.
So it proves these theories. Amazing!
However, the skin has more flavonoids.
And also recall that for the past years I did make and save some of the mandarin skins.

Day 127

Fell asleep early and woke the second day.

Connection Club
Getting to know more about some special people.

Karaoke & Dance
Only works for thirty people who want to sing and the order is by random drawing. Which is if you the number “0” means you don’t get to sing.
And the interesting thing is right before we did the drawing in my mind I thought that I would just give up on not even doing the drawing. But then I thought that I might just do the drawing anyway. Guess what, I got my wish come true though it’s not a joyful one.
Anywise, one of the wonderful ladies whom I admire came to me and told me that she was willing to give her second round of singing to me. I am so blessed to have this kind lady and I accept her kindness and a song that she also knows and she sings with me together.

What a special day!

Day 126

How to sleep through the night?

Karaoke

Lost count of how many times and how often that I need to go pee on these rainy days.

Not that I drink more water these days.

“Everyone has a biological clock that determines when they get tired at night and when their body wakes up in the morning. But starting around age 40, your clock begins to shift. Researchers aren’t sure exactly why this happens, but the result is that your body will naturally wake up increasingly earlier, decreasing the amount of sleep you’re getting, explained Hans Van Dongen, Ph.D., director of the Sleep and Performance Research Center at Washington State University. By the time you hit your 60s, you could be waking up two hours earlier than you did in your 30s.”

Dream

Weird dream.

Go out with kids; they go to a store and wait for me while I park the car.
After I park the car, I go to meet them by swimming across a pond, the easiest and fastest way.
They go to a cafe ordering food and wait for me while I go to the restroom.
That’s a huge room full of people, but what is the point that we need to wait in line to use it?
Anyway, after I am done with the restroom and meet them. They already finished eating.
They told me earlier they met a sweet little girl and described the details about her.

Before they say any further, I then woke up with a full bladder.
