Since I have the memory of when I was little, grandma always told me that when the noble people are out, they bring the storm.
Yes, she is talking about me. And a funny thing is that has been the case since.
And again it happened last Thursday. I had a job assignment, so as usual, I waited at a nearby community center until it was almost time, then I drove to my destination. As soon as I walked out the door, the rain started to pour; I meant like dogs and cats. Or I should say it's like 'tigers and lions" literally, and thunder and lightning at the same time. You may be doubling that; how do I know it just started? Yes, according to the workers next door, they walked through the door and were amazed by the sudden rain pouring with thunder and lightning.
This time, the sudden pour was unfortunate and fortunate. Unfortunately, I had to head out right away, because the assignment time was near; I just cannot wait. Also, my car was parked across the street.
Fortunately, the worker was nice and considerate and lent me an umbrella. Otherwise, I will be soaking wet. The only one thing was I had to walk in the water; it was flooding; most likely it was the sudden pouring. I walked in the water literally. And the even humor was when I finally arrived at the job site in the crazy storm and found the job was canceled.
Luckily, in addition to the kindness of the workers, they tried to help out. I still had two other joyful free events to attend. The only thing was my shoes were soaking wet the whole time before I came home and changed.
In total, noble people or not, who cares. Happiness is the best thing whether you are rich or poor.
