A real picture of my first steak cook in this iron cast.

This is the new toy that I long to own one since before I came to America.

Happy with it but by far I only use once as a baking pan for the steak, it can out really good.

One complaint, it's probably too shallow for cooking.

I cannot wait to do more experiment with it.

And I’ve been checking on how to use and maintain this cookware.

Nutri Ninja Auto-iQ Blender - 1

This blog, I should had finished last year, ha-ha!

I finally used my free gift card from cricket that I got it from Christmas 2015 to buy a

Nutri Ninja Auto-iQ Blender as a 2016 Christmas gift for myself. 

With a powerful 1500-watt 2 HP motor base, this is a food processor, ice cream maker, dough mixer and a regular blender.

    And I can prove that the blender blade is very sharp that I got a serious cut right after I         first used it last year.

    Yesterday, after work, I was so tired but still, I had to prepare the dinner, thanks the help       from this blender that I made pasta from scratch except the pasta sauce within an hour.         Grounded the pork and had it cook with pasta sauce first, then chop tomatoes and onions     (by this order, it'll save time on washing the blender) with the blender and cook them all         with the meat and pasta sauce. Finally cook the pasta right before it’s well done, add             them in this pot of all ingredients sauce, turn off the fire, and let the pasta soaked, this           way the pasta will be tasted.

    Before I forget, a suggestion to you, do add in mushrooms, bunch of minced garlic, and a     taste of freshly ground pepper and a bit of ginger to enrich the flavor.

	Brownie Pan I don't get this one, why do we need this for?
	Corn Kerneler This is an interesting one. For the raw or cook or for both?
	Ice Cream Scoop and Stack this is a maybe one.
	Ceramic Microwave Bacon Cooker Good to have, but I wonder if it's also for the traditional oven too, try not to use microwave as possible.
	Sectioned Pan I think this only good for small potion cooking.
	Soup and Crackers It looks convenience.
	Taco Holder Well! if I'm a dog lover, I wouldn't use the dog as a server, if I'm not a dog lover, then I definitely don't want a dog on my dining table.
	Pineapple Slicer I hope this is a durable one.
	The Dipper For this one, do we really need that and is that safe to clip on the side of the table?
	Fondue Mug Oh! I want this one for sure, for personal use or with family.
	Tomato Slicer Yes! I do need this, especially for the people don't want to cut tomatoes for a reason.
	Pizza Scissor It's a good one, but I already have a pizza cutter, why is this invented earlier.
	Personal Pie Maker Not much new thing.
	Little Rubber Brick Good to have one, typically for the holiday season.
	Cake Mold Very interesting and brilliant, but I still not very approve for none metal or glass for the high temperate baking.
	The Icing Sculptor Do you make your own cake regularly and same design over and over again?
	The Butter Chopper Oh! Yeah! I can have constant shape of butter every time.
	The Breakfast Sandwich Maker How smart! But again, plastic or aluminum cookware is a never on my list.
	The Banana Slicer How many banana that you need to cut and how beautiful that you asking for, maybe for commercial usage.
	Transparent Toaster It looks really nice to have one to guarantee that you won’t get a burn toast ever.
