Take as many pictures as possible for your kids instead of videos. And I prefer the physical print out photos. Those precious moments you can easily flip through. No equipment is needed.
Some toys and stuffs I still keep them.
My older one has a sensitive taste buds.
The young one is earthquake sensitive.
I am sensitive to smells.
