No one can be cheerful 7/24, there’s no such thing as an easy life. Even babies, worry about, will their parents forget about them or feed them and the like.

I do have my personal counselor 7/24 and it’s free of charge, our mighty God.

Ever heard that, if you can run then don’t walk, if you can walk then don’t stand, if you can stand up then don’t sit, if you can sit then don’t lie down.

Lately I have the chance to go to some rehab center with church group. We normally there for an hour, we sing some Christian songs, have short message for them and pray together for them.

The 99.9% of the residents at the center are the people either very old or very sick. They can not even sit up or stand up. Some of them can not talk or hear very well. Some of them can not even hear or understand you anymore.

We should really graceful that we can still breathe or move around or have the sense for the things or people around you.

So if you are one of the lucky one, give the thanks to our god, or if you could lend a helping hand to the people whoever is in need. Any kind of help counts.
