Yes! you can say, it's a woman's 6th sense, there's some kind of reason that we need to keep confidential for a reason. 
The only thing we do need at this very moment is lots of prayers, please keep praying for each one of them.

Finally, all of you must live in harmony, be sympathetic, love as brothers, and be compassionate and humble.

We are going through a major transition, however all the messages that I heard since then, it’s like everyone pointing fingers to each others, according to bible that in their understanding.

Just like years ago, when the elder board, let go of the previous senior pastor, the entire messages I receive at that period time, is complaining and anger.

There is not unity, harmony or syncretism.

感覺不到合一，沒有合一，不合一。

A welfare party or appreciate party for this pastor of our church, I'm not sure is the word "firing" for this "discontinue contracting him" is an appropriate term.

But the party is held by the church and in the church is that right?

Seeing the pastor break down in front of crowds? It is cruel, but to him, in a way, it is a released. When a person tries to hide the emotion, show strong at all time, when you supposed to tear and you don't tear, when you supposed to laugh out loud and you don't laugh, it is not healthy.

From this episode, from the beginning to the end, most of us focus on the senior pastor and the elder board; do them make the right decision? We should leave the judge to our Lord.

If a pastor is so dedicated on young crowds, put all his time, money, energy and everything on it, is that right or fair, I truly don't agree. Even in marriages or between parents and kids, I believe, we should still give each other space and most of all; love yourself a little bit more.

It is also a time for this pastor to think more about his serving, it is end of serving here, it doesn't mean the end of his world or serving, the Lord has more missions need him to fulfilled, agree?

It is a big lesson to learn for us all, we really cannot pray for no obstacles or storms or whatever difficulties ahead our lives, but for the strength, wisdom, companion and the like, most of the Holy Spirit with us at all time.

You come to the Lord and stay with Him, not only because of someone or something, and then the base will corrupt too easily.

Actually, one of the brother's sharing at the meeting got me a big thinking.

It’s a wake up call for this pastor thing, what are we focus on, our kids' benefits only.

Often, we heard parents say, we are here, because the kids and their pastor really care for them, other time we heard, again, the parents say, the pastor didn't take good care of my kids, people pointing fingers at each other. They being putting all responsibilities to the pastors, the church, I know some of the parents, they don't even attend church worship regularly or event or giving out any helping hands when the church need it.

A lady speaks out at the meeting, who I known her for over 10 years, says how this pastor take good care for her kid, how appreciate she is, at same time she critics on all other pastors of our church and the fellowships that she ever attended, none of them care about her at all, which are completely not true. Or I should ask her; have you ever care of others?

Pastoring is not a one man's job; they are not the free babysitters with full responsibilities.

We are a one, but are we now?

All in all, discipleship is important and crucial to run. Is this youth pastor accomplished or tries hard enough or does he totally agree on this idea in those young fellows or is it too tough for him to carry out among those young sheep?

Everyone is a leader in a way, even you are not the leader of the whole universe, a country, a company, or in your own family, you are very unique and important, you are the leader of yourself and our lord is the highest marshal.

I pray to Lord, for each and everyone whoever are involved in making decision and this particularly pastor might need to make some changes of his thoughts or the way of pastoring in order to accomplish God's heart.

I just heard that this pastor has a car accident an hour ago, pray and pray for him!

An important decision been made about discontinue contracting a youth pastor of our church and a lot of different voices and opinions from the parents and the kids. 

Normally, this kind of major decisions made by group of elders and senior pastor, I guess this is the policy of all the churches.

In this special case, we held meetings for junior high, high school kids and parents separately for explaining why, how, when and the like regarding for this decision is made.

Everyone gives their thoughts about this pastor, how is he caring those young, asking questions to the senior.

This meeting for parents last for over 2 hours.

The senior and elders decided to have an emergency meeting to re-consider about this issue.

After hearing so many different sayings, here are my thoughts about this case.

Set aside to judge whether the elders and senior make the right decision.

First, before senior and elders made this so called final decision, do they think about what the impacts on the youth minister and the parents?

Do they already have a backup plan, a candidate for replacing this youth's pastor's position and works, is he or she will be at least has the same qualifications as him or even better than his ministering?

If not how is the church going to make up for this big gap in between.

Secondary, do they provide fully help for this youth pastor in improving the performances. And for this kind of important evaluation, why are the constellations only held between senior pastor and this youth pastor only, should it include a third impartial person, like the head of the elders or another pastor who also work and knows this youth pastor well!?

And why when they make the decision, the other senior English speaking pastor is not there!?

Now that, as they decide to held emergency meeting to re-making the decision. If, that’s say if they change their decision, ok! We’ll give this youth pastor a second chance, will this youth pastor say yes! I’ll stay!?

Finally, if this youth pastor does leave the job and another youth pastor come to take the job, what if he or she is worse than his performances!? I really wonder what will happen next, in this case!?

Leave the finally decision and result to the Lord, oh! Lord, the holly spirit, please comes, please come to help, You are the decision maker, and You are the helping hands. Let all the burdens and worries onto You.
