Uncover Kindness

Reading this book is like a healing process for me.

With tears and lots of emotions.

Kindness is a precious act.

But kindness to or accepting from a total stranger is a whole lot different and difficult things.

onion

The other day my son tried to show a video clip on how to cut the onion without tears.

Believe it or not, the best way is, have someone to cook for you!

Sending off Generations Church....

So glad that due to my careless, becoming a church member less than a year, I’m not fully qualified as a deacon candidate this year. And I don’t think I’m even ready or qualified.

I didn't get to attend the sending out ceremony, when I see this picture, I cry, the proportion of people are sending out for church plant to the people are staying is big, upset me.

My heart frozen.

Trying to listening to living life, let the holy spirit, God's words come flowing down, God's our Helper, Comforter, Healer, Rock, Advocate, Intercessor, Counselor, Strengthener, Standby, Provider, the beginning and the end..

cry

The following are some facts that I found from Wikipedia, quite interesting and useful too. When encounter of emotions, don’t hold your feeling, crying it out and you’ll feel better then move forward for a better life waiting for you ahead.

There are three types of tears: basal tears, reflexive tears, and psych tears.

Basal tears are produced at a rate of about 1 to 2 microliters a minute, and are made in order to keep the eye lubricated and smooth out irregularities in the cornea.

Reflexive tears are tears that are made in response to irritants to the eye, such as when chopping onions or getting poked in the eye.

Psych tears are produced by the lacrimal system and are the tears expelled during emotional states. Tears produced during emotional crying have a chemical composition which differs from other types of tears. They contain significantly greater quantities of the hormones prolactin, adrenocorticotropic hormone, Leu-enkephalin, and the elements potassium and manganese.

A theory that crying is a mechanism developed in humans to dispose of this stress hormone when levels grow too high.
