我要向山舉目；我的幫助從何而來？
我的幫助從造天地的耶和華而來。(x2)
他必不叫你的腳搖動；保護你的必不打盹！

The lyrics for this one are almost same as the bible verses form Psalm 121.
Therefore, I’m not going to rewrite it again, the big difference is, how many times of which certain verses that need to be repeated.

Think about it that you can memorize the whole Psalm 121 by sing and exercise with it. That is really amazing!
