I didn't add coconut oil, 1/4 tables of butter, is already too much in my standard.
and I add a little bit of shredded cheese from last time left over.
Oh! I'll never use or suggest the canned pumpkin puree, always use the fresh home cook one, therefore, I get to have the pumpkin skin in the ingredients and it also makes a nice touch of green color.
in addition, I can enjoy the pumpkin seeds, get it, the whole pumpkin is eatable.
