螞蟻上樹, it's called in Chinese, first time ever to
try this dish. Surprisingly, it succeed, mom's love it and kids approve it.
I didn't use green onion,
because I’m not a green onion person and if I use it, I’ll cook them thoroughly
then it won't be very green then so I pass.
I also add some mushrooms
and ground pepper for a better smell and taste.
