Nacho Cheese Sauce

First melt butter, 1 tablespoon in skillet, add 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour, 1 cup of milk, stir constantly. Then add 8 ounces of pepper jack cheese stir until cheese melts.

Consume it while it's warm. HM HM Good!

The reason why I use pepper jack cheese, is because, its already flavored with everything that you need for the nachos. You can also add some cheddar cheese for the yellowish color, well, more like the color that you used to see in nacho.
