How to bake potatoes or sweet potatoes with other baking goods and have them all done at the same time?
The trick is using stainless steel as the Bakeware and place it at the very bottom of the oven, note not the bottom rack.
When the other bake goods, cakes, cookies, fish, etc., are done, turn off the oven, take them out, but leave the potatoes or sweet potatoes in the oven a little while longer to ensure it is done too.
By this way you can save a whole lot of time, energy and money.
