1 c milk
4 c wheat flour
2 c of prefer cheese
2 t baking soda
Mix all dry ingredients well with spoon then
pour the milk in, if feel too dry add in a little bit more of water. Knead into
dough and divide into pieces.
For here I have around 18 pieces of dinner roll
size dough.
Bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes.
Because the salty flavor and fat in the cheese, you don’t need
addition salt or oil, don’t even need to greasy the baking pan to prevent
sticking.
Better serve when it’s warm. Good with hot soup or chowder or
spread with honey. Or eat it alone.
Next time, I’ll make it into big bigger buns, clam chowder with
bread bowl, it is.
