everthing Bread

I call it an everything bread, the ingredients are like randomly or I should say I drop those in because I happen to have some in hand and some the kids won't eat, if I don't hide them inside something.

I feel good and evil at the mean time. This tastes real delicious.

Among these ingredients, coconut flour, coconut sugar, flaxseed meal, brewer’s yeast flakes and avocado oil are new to me too,

Ingredients
1 1/2 C Coconut Flour
1 1/4 t Baking Powder
1 C Oats
3/4 C Coconut Sugar
1 C Dried Pitted Date
1/4 C Flaxseed Meal
1/4 C Brewer's Yeast Flakes
2 Eggs
3/4 C Half & Half
1/2 C Avocado oil
Some pecans

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.

Whisk all the dry ingredients together in a medium bowl, then add wet ingredients one by one and blend until incorporated.

Scoop the mixer into baking pan, press the pecans a little deep down on the top of it (for the bread will raise a bit while baking) then bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick insert into the center comes out clean.

cheese bread

1 c milk
4 c wheat flour
2 c of prefer cheese
2 t baking soda

Mix all dry ingredients well with spoon then pour the milk in, if feel too dry add in a little bit more of water. Knead into dough and divide into pieces.

For here I have around 18 pieces of dinner roll size dough.

Bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes.

Because the salty flavor and fat in the cheese, you don’t need addition salt or oil, don’t even need to greasy the baking pan to prevent sticking.

Better serve when it’s warm. Good with hot soup or chowder or spread with honey. Or eat it alone.

Next time, I’ll make it into big bigger buns, clam chowder with bread bowl, it is.

homemade french bread without yeast recipe

 3 cups whole wheat flour
       4 t baking powder
1 12 cups rice milk or 1 12 cups water (works with any liquid)
  14 cup liquid fat

          1. Mixes dry ingredients.
          2. Mix real well liquids and add to dry.

Depending on the humidity of the air where you live you may need a little bit more or
less of liquid. The dough should be moist but not sticky.

Score lightly the surface in a diamond or X shape to prevent splitting of the crust.
Shape into a ball or an oval.

Place on clean baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes at 400°F.
