柚子皮的吃法 pomelo skin

I made the sugary skin without the while part. It tastes quite good except it's a bit of bitter, but acceptable.


And I braise the while parts, but didn't follow the procedure to get rid of the bitterness. Why? Because, I’m lazy and thought if I do so then I’ll lost all the nutrients. And it ends up, really bitter. Poor me, that the consequence.
