I
use the real tuna chunk from the
pre-frozen, instead of the canned ones.
This time, I forgot to buy celery, and also forgot to have lemon juice in
it, until we eat it.
Here’s how and what and why to.
First, cook the 1 pound
of big chunk tuna, then mash it, you don’t need to mash it into too small pieces,
leave it a little bit chunky is better.
Then, is the fun part,
add in finely diced onion and mayonnaise, any kind of onion is
a match, however, I prefer the red ones, I like it purplish color.
And then, is all the
flavorings, salt, black pepper, turmeric powder, mix all the ingredients well.
Voila! A delicious, healthy, easy dish, it
goes good with breads or bagels or chips.
