準備工作

1. 烤箱以190 度預熱。Preheat
the oven to 350 ℉.
2. 奶油與蛋放置室溫退冰。Bring
butter and egg to room temperature.
作法 how

1. 奶油加細砂糖打發。Mix
butter and sugar well.
2. 分次加入全蛋至攪拌均勻。Blend
in egg.
3. 加入高筋麵粉拌勻。Lastly
add in flour mix altogether smoothly.
4. 均勻抹至吐司上,劃出菱形紋路,放入烤箱上層以 190 度烤 8~10 分鐘至表面金黃即可。Spread
the mixture onto the toast top, use spatula to make diamond pattern, bake
at 350 ℉ for 8
-10 minutes or until golden brown.
