芝麻糊 Black sesame walnut soup

Ingredients
黑芝麻 + 核桃仁 + 糯米 + 黑糖
Black sesame seed + walnut + glutinous rice + brown sugar

How
1. Bake three of the main ingredients; black sesame seed, walnut and glutinous rice until lightly brown, cool down, grind them separately.

2. Mix them all up including the brown sugar as you desire and add hot water, mix well.

中醫中藥理論認為,黑芝麻具有補肝腎、潤五臟、益氣力、長肌肉、填腦髓的作用,可用於治療肝腎精血不足所致的眩暈、鬚髮早白、腰膝酸軟、四肢乏力、步履艱難、五臟虛損、皮燥發枯、腸燥便秘等病症,在烏髮養顏方面的功效,更是有口皆碑。核桃中的磷脂,對腦神經有良好保健作用。核桃油含有不飽和脂肪酸,有防治動脈硬化的功效
