The other day I made
some oatmeal-nut-muffins in the cake's shape, meaning I baked it spreading
onto the bakeware as one piece then cut them into pieces afterward.
The oatmeal-nut-muffins
simply say its ingredients, wheat flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, nuts, liquid oil
and baking power.
As always, I cut the
sugar and oil in half.
And I cannot believe
that I forget to save the actual amount that I used for each ingredient.
Also from my older one's
comment; mom, it tastes so good, I cannot believe that you actually make them
as you usual change the ingredients.
