It's your choice

Having happy friends can make you happy
But having lots of friends won't - unless they're happy
By David Cameron, Harvard Medical School

Yes, you are the decision maker. Happiness Is Contagious, yet, it’s a chain reaction, meaning, even, it’s your friend’s friend, will still affect you.

Try to get along with friends with positive emotions or personalities, hopeful, energetic, healthy, and optimistic as possible.

And try not to be with someone always complaining, sorrow, regretting and so on.

Constantly with sick people, you'll get it eventually.

But what about the friends who need your supports and companionship. Then get help from professional, work with them, never be alone to face it, especially, if you are not strong enough to conquer the situation.

one day trip - huntington library

The other day, me and 4 other friends, we have a wonderful day trip to the Huntington library. And we talk, walk, admire the nature and some arts, we also have the brunch together. The brunch is delicate, kind of expensive though and it’s worthy at the same time.

You got to enjoy the life and treat yourself good, indulge yourself sometimes with something special, a new pair of shoes, fancy dress, wonderful meal and so forth.

It’s been sometime, I haven’t had the chance to really enjoy outdoor in this loving daytime. Kids grow up; they don’t always want to go out with you. And yes! They should have their own life too.
