Last night I was so frustrated and desperate!
I know that I am not a perfect mom or a good chef or wonderful baker.
But when sometimes you see what I cook and bake the kids are really appreciated. And I didn't want waste the leftovers I still cook fresh food every day for them therefore I have to eat all the leftovers myself with tears in my heart. I prepare them with all my strength and love! I was kind of telling myself tomorrow I will tell them don't ever eat any food that I prepare anymore live on your own from now on and then I fell asleep.
Praise the Lord I didn't say that to them. I will never do or say anything like that to ruin our relationships. As usual for Saturday we ordered takeout, which, as usual, my oldest son always treated us. And we had a merry happy meal time together.
I guess that I still need a lot more patient and wisdom and skill especially in preparing food!

How many do you
use for everyday life, they all benefits to our health, and most of all, they
are cheap and nature. Totally qualified by me.
1. Apple Cider
Vinegar
Agree with the good
advantage, but unless you make your own, the store buy, is usually not 100%
natural and may add on some other artificially stuffs, just watch what you buy.
2. Coconut Oil
3. Baking Soda
For this I do use them
with salt as my daily toothpaste.
4. Lemons
Luckily, I have my
own tree in the backyard.
5. Greek Yogurt
Again, just watch out
for the ingredients and the probiotic is in alive form in it. And I heard
that it's easy to make your own. Maybe I’ll try some day. The regular yogurt should do the job too.
6. Eggs
I really enjoy eggs in
cooking, delicious, healthy and easy.
7. Honey
Beware of fake

book review - Slow Dancing with a Stranger
Slow Dancing with a Stranger
This really life story truly catch my thought. I have a friend
that her son has bipolar. Also some other’s friend close relatives have similar
diseases like doctor Gralnick.
And I and my pastor and some other church members have been visiting and serving the nursing home, rehabilitation center and senior apartment for some time. I truly can see what she see and feel about it, the depression, burden, hurt, pain, worry, fear, hopeless and many other down words that you cannot even image and describe about it.
But no one can say more about how much they can feel what they feel, simply because you are not the one who’s involved with that personally.
Again she is a hero; such a courageous and strong woman can take it and willing to take care of her love ones, her husband and her mom, when they are literally and gradually losing all they used to have including, all the senses.
Such a shame, such a brilliant doctor and lady, used to cure and help some many others, now is in deep sick. There’s no way out and no turning point.

Stay with home care or go to the nursing home facilities, is
really hard to say or make the decisions.
This book also is an encouragement to who are in the same circumstance.
A reference for the people who is going to involve with as a caregiver, either
as a relative or outsider, it probably as well relieve some old doubts or
misunderstanding from the past between relatives, friends and so forth.
Some of the touching quotes from her book.
"He has slowly been robbed of what we all take for
granted—the ability to navigate the mundane activities of daily living:
bathing, shaving, dressing, feeding, and using the bathroom. His inner clock is
confused and can't be reset. His eyes are vacant and unaware."
“If neglected they did not remember and if abused they forget “.
"No one deserves to be forgotten in
life because their disease is without hope."

young & sweet
ABBA - Dancing Queen
Have you ever recalled when
you were young or when you see a young one, you wonder that no matter how we or
they dress or how the hair style, even when the hair is sort of in a mess, still
look so beautiful and charming and nature.
People say time is the only
fair thing that God gives everyone. We all only have 24 hours for a day. We all
will get old day by day. Though so are faster and some are slower.
When I was young, I never thought
that it is necessary that I should take especially care of my health or beauty.
I never worry about there will be one more gray hair or wrinkle appears.
As aging, I start to worry
for the young, how come they don’t take good care of themselves?
I start to get more
interest in any kind of health tips that I can get.
2 days ago, I decided to try
to use Aloe Vera to see if that work on my beauty, hair and skin look. One of my
friends gives a plant of it, so I can have endless supply for it. And she tells me, "let me know the result". I’m hoping that she will see the difference in the
near future of me instead hear from me.
Oh! I get to search from the
web for more information on the benefits and usages for Aloe Vera. Let’s wait and see.
