The germinating rate for okra is over 90%. For green bean so far less than 50% pray for it will have more beans to survive.

Day 160 - 08232020 Sunday
The okra that I planted are starting germinating. It's a joy to see the seed germination. But feeling lazy to take care of it.
I am thinking to make my own yeast. Since the yeast is nowhere to be found also the majority of them have the adding of Sorbitan monostearate as an emulsifier. Or I could use beer to sub yeast to make bread. Therefore, I need to find out how and also the ingredients of the beer.
Need to transfer the pineapple and rosemary to a bigger pot soon.

Day 157 - 08202020
Another stay still and do nothing and still sweating hot day.
Planted 1 pack of each okra and green bean seeds that I bought the other day. That makes 30 okra seeds and 16 green bean seeds.
Tomorrow I am going to buy young coconut and continue to look for yeast and wheat flour. And radish too, I want to make radish cake.

Buttermilk Recipes
Buttermilk Squash Soup
1
teaspoon cumin powder
fine grain sea salt
1 medium yellow onions, chopped
1
pound potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
2
1/2 pounds yellow summer squash, cut into 1/2-inch slices
4
cups meat stock
1 cup buttermilk
As usual, I didn't saute vegetables, instead, I cook them in the stock, and use this cooking time, blend squash, 9 okras and buttermilk then cook all of the ingredients altogether.
To save more time, prepare the onion and potatoes while boiling the stock.
And yes, I sneak in something that kids really sick of it, okras successfully, zip your lips, will you!
