This is a dessert that I long to make, rice pudding.
1 cup cooked brown rice (I add a little bit more of it to make it solider.)
2 1/2 cups milk
3 large eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup raisins (I use red bean paste this time for that I happen to have some at hand.)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (I didn’t usually use it.)
1/4 teaspoon salt (I didn’t usually use it.)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (It makes the pudding smells good)
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg (I hardly use this, maybe I should try some other time.)
