taro, sweet potatoes or yam, purple yam small rice balls


芋圓、地瓜圓、雙色地瓜圓 
Ingredients:
去皮後的芋頭、地瓜紫地瓜  
Peeled taro, sweet potatoes or yam, purple yam, cooked and mashed 100g
樹薯粉 Tapioca flour  30g
滾水.....依情況決定加入 hot water amount vary

Try to use different kind of ingredients to make a colorful snacks.

I only made the ones with sweet potatoes, got tired and I’m glad that I decided so. Not because it doesn't turn out good but the kids won't buy it, it ends up I finish them all, all by myself in sweet barley soup for days. It tastes good and bouncy.


And I didn't use any water, the water in the sweet potatoes is good enough for making into balls with tapioca flour.
