I
made 2 batches at one time, and am surprised about how much coco powder that I
needed for this recipe.
In this one time baking, I
used all my leftover coco powder, flour and the butter is almost gone too.
When I trying to make the
filling, I nearly give up, first I used a hand mixer. And I need to beat the
brownish sugar and yellowish butter together until it's fluffy and white as
snow. I made it!
Cookie:
1 1/2 c butter
2
c brown sugar
2
t salt
4
eggs
4
c wheat flour
2
1/2 c coco powder
1
t baking soda
Bake
at 325 ºF for15 minutes
Fillings:
1/2
c butter
3/4 c brown sugar
