Sweet, Salty, Spicy Party Nuts

Has been trying something new lately, they are good.

Mushrooms, stems off, stuffed with pre-cooked garlic, leek and salt.
And then bake it until the mushrooms are cooked.

Sweet, Salty, Spicy Party Nuts. I baked peanuts, walnuts, pecans and almonds, spiced with cumin, paprika, sugar and salt.

Cranberry cakes.

Homemade chocolate popcorn.

Everything Oatmeal Ball

I made this in ball shape, only because it can save a lot of spaces when bake and less efforts in making it, and it is fun to eat it too.

Here are my Everything Oatmeal Ball’s ingredients; oatmeal, butter, coconut flour, pecans, almond, peanuts, sugar, cocoa powder, flaxseed meal, milk and raisin.
Feel free to substitute the nuts and the dry fruits or other ingredients that you prefer.

My younger one loves cooked oatmeal with eggs, but not so appreciate with this oatmeal ball, however, my older son is on the contrary.

You cannot please everyone, period.

Note: roasts all the nuts and cool them down before add in with other ingredients.

NO BAKE TRAIL MIX COOKIES

Still I bake them at 350°F for couples of minutes. The unbaked ones taste like dough to me.

INGREDIENTS
½ C sugar
¼ C unsweetened baking cocoa
½ C butter (melted)
1 C milk
1 C peanut butter (homemade, without any additions)
6 C rolled oats
2½ C trail mix (mine included almonds, cashews and raisins)

INSTRUCTIONS
As my usual doing, mix all the dry ingredients first then add in the wet ingredients one by one blend really well and then make them into cookie shape or you can make it into rolls, wrap in plastic wraps, put it in fridge for couples of hours, and then cut into pieces (quarter inch).
