A person calls me by accident and asking for the pastor.

4g agar agar
14.1 oz red beans paste
pinch of salt
7 oz chestnut in heavy syrup

Not quite success on this receipt, therefore no picture to show, besides my kids don't like red beans whatsoever, no need to experiment more.

healthily yummy drink for enjoying anytime

banana + kiwifruit + honey = healthily yummy!
The kiwifruit that I buy, they seem not willing to ripe, I've been waiting for a couple of days before use them, they are still hard as stone, stubborn.
In this case, I only use 2 kiwifruit and has to add a little of water. If the kiwifruit is ripe and soft, then I'll use more kiwifruit and no water to add in and the color will be more delightful, I think.
the thing I love of blending all the fruits together is that you get to drink the fruits instead of eating them, lazy but convenient.

螞蟻上樹, it's called in Chinese, first time ever to try this dish. Surprisingly, it succeed, mom's love it and kids approve it.

I didn't use green onion, because I’m not a green onion person and if I use it, I’ll cook them thoroughly then it won't be very green then so I pass. 

I also add some mushrooms and ground pepper for a better smell and taste.

job

The other day I refer a job to a friend that I think that she is the best to fit.

When I call her, she told me that she just found a nice job and thanks me for the referring. And later the same day she calls me says after 2 weeks try-out, the manager told her that she is not suitable for that position, so she need to find herself another job.

And yes, she gets to have job that I refer to her.

I’m so sensitive to cold air, smells like perfume, make-up, smoke or whatever that my body feel don’t like it then I cough and then followed by lots of mucus(phlegm) and if I am lucky, I can get them out by spit or blow it out easily, otherwise I may cough like crazy.

I understand that our body produces mucus in response to an allergen or foreign substance, my body or immune system is trying to protect me, but I think they are overreact. It really bothers me now. What I can do is excise more, boost my immune system, try to avoid the things I’m sensitive with, and lots of prayer.

The following is a little something that I found about the mucus:

Mucus has an actual purpose. It's secreted by the mucous membranes in order to protect the respiratory tract from tiny invaders like bacteria, viruses, germs, and allergens that you breathe. Mucus captures these germs to keep them from getting deeper into the respiratory tract. But sometimes the mucous membranes go a little overboard, and excessive mucous production results.

And the tips for boosts immune system:

1. Get enough sleep and manage stress.
2. Avoid tobacco smoke.
3. Drink less alcohol.
4. Eat plenty of vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds, which will provide your body with the nutrients your immune system needs.
5. Consider probiotics. 
6. Catch some rays.
7. Go for the garlic.
8. Eat medicinal mushrooms, such as shiitake and maitake.
9. Try immune-supportive herbs. If you get recurrent infections, consider taking immune-supportive herbs such as eleuthero (Eleutherococcus senticocus), Asian ginseng (Panax ginseng), American ginseng (Panax quinquefolius), or astragalus (A. membranaceus).
10. Make an echinacea tincture. This is good to have on hand when respiratory viruses overwhelm your defenses.

	Brownie Pan I don't get this one, why do we need this for?
	Corn Kerneler This is an interesting one. For the raw or cook or for both?
	Ice Cream Scoop and Stack this is a maybe one.
	Ceramic Microwave Bacon Cooker Good to have, but I wonder if it's also for the traditional oven too, try not to use microwave as possible.
	Sectioned Pan I think this only good for small potion cooking.
	Soup and Crackers It looks convenience.
	Taco Holder Well! if I'm a dog lover, I wouldn't use the dog as a server, if I'm not a dog lover, then I definitely don't want a dog on my dining table.
	Pineapple Slicer I hope this is a durable one.
	The Dipper For this one, do we really need that and is that safe to clip on the side of the table?
