耶穌受難日， 紀念主耶穌基督在各各他被釘死受難的紀念日。

路加福音 Luke 22:19-20

19 又拿起餅來祝謝了，就擘開遞給他們，說，這是我的身體，為你們捨的‧你們也應當如此行，為的是記念我‧ 20 飯後也照樣拿起杯來，說，這杯是用我血所立的新約，是為你們流出來的‧ 19 And He took bread, and gave thanks and broke it and gave it unto them, saying, “This is My body which is given for you. This do in remembrance of Me.”  20 Likewise also He took the cup after supper, saying, “This cup is the new testament in My blood, which is shed for you.

At first, I truly don’t understand, why is called, Good Friday, when someone, innocent, is crucified for the people who are not even related to Him. How good is that, why not, Bad Friday or terrified Friday?
