There
hundreds of different variety of cherry, among them, Bing and Rainier are the
most popular, which one that you prefer?
Bing
cherries, you may sometimes experience some sour ones, the flesh is firmer, the
size is smaller and color is dark red purplish with similarly colored
flesh.
Rainier
cherry has translucent yellowish softer flesh and yellow skin with a rosy hue. Rainer cherries are delicate and bigger than Bing cherries;
no wonder Rainier is more expensive than the Bing.
I
also found some interesting variety of cherry trees, Sonata, Symphony,
Sweetheart, Blackgold, Whitegold, and Sunburst.
Both
of them taste really grant, but if based on the Nutrition Facts and price, I probably will
choice Bing than Rainier.
