I love this cool
noodle, it's easy and delicious, I especially like the raw cucumbers, and it
surely cools me down in this hot day.
And of
course, for the sesame sauce, I have plenty of sesame paste in it; in
addition, there are sugar, lots of lemon juice, a whole garlic bulb, soy sauce,
water and some random leftover roasted nuts, including, peanuts, almond, and
pecan.
I
also turned the leftover dumpling fillings, by re-flavoring
it with curry powder into meat sauce.
