鼓勵勝過責罵，建議勝過指揮，適度的幫助，在錯誤碰撞中，帶來學習和成長，這些是在課堂上花錢也學不到的，真實的社會大學中學習到如何與人相處，如何與人分工合作，如何周詳的計劃與實行。
幾天前驚訝的發現，面對面的客戶竟與我的老大同年，他們幾個好朋友們分工合作，按著每一個人所善長的，朝著同樣的目標和夢想認真地一步步往前行，真讓我佩服和羨慕，我以一個長輩和消費者的立場給了ㄧ點建議，鼓舞他們。
從他們初步建構的網站看來，他們絕對不是那種含著金湯匙出生的孩子們，但他們那股衝勁和勇氣是值得我們的鼓勵、支持和學習。
想想自己從建立部落格到用錄音的方式來作分享，雖然不算是什麼偉大夢想的實現，自我發現與潜能培養，自我挑戰，自我鼓勵和肯定。今天我要嚐試加入歌聲，分享一首我非常喜歡的歌，安靜，附上歌譜，you be the judge.

Encouragement in stead of scolding, recommendations than command, some appropriate helps, from errors, it brings out learning opportunities. Something that you cannot learn from classroom, reality is a school of learning, how to get along with others, work with others, how to corporate with others, and thorough planning and implementation.
A few days ago I was surprised to know, the face to face customer is the same age as my older one, they are a few of good friends together with the same vision, work hard hands in hands towards the same goal and dreams step by step, I really admire and envy them, I give them suggestion as and older friend and consumer.
From their newly built website, they are definitely not the kind of children that were born rich, but their kind of momentum and courage deserve our encouragement, support and learning.
Think of myself, from, first try of my own blog to attempt to use voice to do the sharing, although it’s not a huge dream come true, self- motivated and self- reinforcement, self-challenge, self-encouragement and self-affirmation. Today my next step, to add singing onto my sharing, here’s one of my favorite songs, Be Still, music sheet attached, you be the judge.
