Ta-da, here are the finished products. I used only 5 potatoes, simply because, my hands are sour, yes! Both of my hands, by shredding the cheese and potatoes. I need a better grater and a better strategy or a helping hand. I didn't use kale either, too tired and lazy to do so.
Grease the cupcake pan and omit the cheese from the hash brown nests shells.
