Day26 - 04112020

Smoothies,  easiest way to consume more fruits.
Fried rice with lots of vegetables, the solution to the problem of refusing vegetables.
Bake bread, layer with boiled vegetables and top with cheese, another way to sneak more vegetables.

Time to find some online video for dance move exercise to follow along.

Yesterday I saw one family three people shop three loads of grocery in three separate checkout! 

If I didn't come to America 26 years ago, will I be able to speak or write English!?

Baked sweet potato and potato fries, so delicious!

I kill birds with one stone by weeding while sitting on a chair sunbathing.
