Matthew 7:2 For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.

I keep reminding myself and yes, I keep forgetting, or sometimes, I just cannot help myself. A sister asked me about another sister, what kind of person she is, is she trustworthy and the like?

Feeling I was trapped; first I’m not the one to do the judgement, I’m not the one should said anything, especially bad things behind others, secondly, that's all my personal experiences toward her, thirdly, even she is like so, maybe she changed.

Lastly, not to judge others, and not to ask others' moral character through anyone.

在人不能，再神凡事都能！

幾個月前我有一個想法，如果今年的感恩節我有機會在團契特別聚會中分享，我要挑戰我自已，用廣東話來做分享，當時在我心中有一個簡單的分享概要，但當畢而邀請並建意分享的主題時，我做了調整，我決定還是用國語來分享，結束前我會分享一首粵語詩歌。Couple months ago, I thought that if I ever have chance to do the sharing at our fellowship’s thanksgiving dinner, I’ll have a surprise sharing, I’ll challenge myself by sharing in Cantonese. But when Belle invited and suggested me to share about the Live Oak Rehabilitation Center ministry, I had some changes, I’ll sharing in mandarin, and then a Cantonese song in the end.

我是第一代基督徒，我信主受洗 18 年來有倆個遺憾；如果我生長在基督教的家庭中，該有多好，如果我早一點加入服事的行列，該有多好。I’m a first generation Christian, I’ve baptized for over 18 years, there are 2 things that I feel sorry for; if I was born in a Christian family and if I could have joined the ministry earlier, how wonderful there will be.

2013 年我加入永青康復中心服事，開始學習如何開口為人禱告、主動關懷長輩，到詩歌敬拜的帶領和信息的分享。到 2014 才開始帶領詩歌敬拜，然後才是信息分享。I joined the ministry since 2013, and learned everything from the scratch, by watching other coworkers; learn how to pray out loud for others, care for others initiative, leading worship and sharing. Unit 2014, I start to do so independent.

永青康復中心服事事工的參與，就好像上課堂學習，是一個最輕鬆、完全免費而且有許多意想不到的收穫和成長。To me, this participation, is like go to school, a learning environment without pressures, free of charge, I’m not just learn a whole lot but also unexpected spiritual growth.

但其實我剛一加入永青的服事，就想打退堂鼓，那裡的長輩住戶們，多是生活無法自理，心理替他感到非常難過，甚至是服事結束離開後，情緒仍然無法跳脫出來，但當我嚐試堅持下去，第二、第三次，發現長輩們每一次看到我們，是那樣的喜悅和期盼，甚至有些長輩們反過來鼓勵、祝福和稱讚我，加上同工們的指導中，自信心因此建立。The truth is, right after the first partook, and I wanted to give up, not going back again. The residents there, mostly very old or very sick; won’t be able to take care of themselves. Feeling rather sorrow for them, even after the service this feeling still lingered around my mind. Somehow, I managed to force myself to go back the second, the third time, and then that’s when I noticed how those residents eagerly and happy when they see us. They encourage, bless and praise me plus the modeling and teaching from all the coworkers, my confidence and self-esteem built.

從一個連麥克風都怕的人(不是我怕麥克風)，到一個不拿麥克風還不習慣講話的我。I from a person that the microphone afraid of (not the other way around, ha!), into a person that don’t know how to talk without a microphone.

Pretty good, in the end, I sort of cried for the last scene of the death of both main characters, though, it’s merely a couple minutes perform.

Looking for

Yesterday, when I was looking into the fridge for the walnuts for the salad, I couldn't fine it right away, and then I was so irritated and almost yelled out to everybody, " who took my walnuts!?"

Never have patience whenever I need it. But just at that moment, I felt something poked me, it was the bag that with the walnuts inside that I was looking for eagerly. Ha!

Something more for the birthday, steak, salad with homemade dressing and baked potatoes.

Salad is store buy, I add something more to it; finely diced roasted walnuts, pepper jack cheese and dried dates. Dressing made from, plain yogurt, honey and olive oil. Cut potatoes into bite size and bake with the steak in the same bakeware.

Yes, again, my traditional birthday meal, noodles with a whole egg.
