Of course, I know health and regular
exercise is crucial to me. I woke up at 6:00am in the morning to prepare a
simple breakfast for my younger one then drive him to school, after that browse
a bit on the internet then, fall back to sleep, I have the alarm on for the
exercise. Alarm on, alarm off, thinking, oh! I’ll just rest a little more then
go exercise, then you know what happen.
During this short time resting, I dream terrible dreams;
this is the second time in the row that it happens. Next time, I better not to
repeat the episode.
