Learning new thing is better than any exercise or nutrient for your brain.

Don’t be afraid to learn new thing or afraid that it’ll take longer time to learn it.

Keep learning until you cannot.

Try to sing if you can when you’re exercising and that’ll improve your singing.

So you improve your health at the same time, isn’t that great?

People feel depression once in a while.

So don’t feel bad when you have that kind of feeling come to you.

The difference is one people’s depression is deeper or last longer period than the other.

But don’t let the feeling linger too long on you. Find a way that is comfortable for you to let out the down feeling.

Through singing, drawing, writing, exercising, talking to the people that you trust, listening to the music, volunteering…………etc.

Get enough sunlight every day is very help to you too.

And important thing are that don’t blame on yourself or feel yourself is different from others and always allow yourself have your own quiet time when that happen to you.

If the feelings do linger too long or even bother your normal life, don’t be afraid to seeking the professional’s help.

In any situation still don’t forget to give thanks and praise the LORD and ask for help form HIM.

Anything happen always with a purpose. When you recover from it, you’ll be the blessing for the people in need.
