According to neurologist, when we’re learning or doing something new, can prevent or delay the aging processing. Whether you’re starting to write, learning how to sing, dance, speak a brand new language, reading a new book, watch movies, or even play some video games. Some other ways may help are, become socialize, have a religion, eating right, exercise regularly. Of course, the environment where we live in, unfortunately, we don’t have the power to control it. So do what we can do and what we should do, and make sure try not to overdo anything, even it’s good for you. Then leave the rest to God.
