“Bridesmaids”, is a hilarious movie. Oh, and it’s rated “R”. And yes, you can tell from the beginning of the movie. Lillian is getting marry, she invite her best friends for her maids of honor. Annie, Lillian's long term friend, and Helen, Lillian's fiancé's boss are one of the bridesmaids. Some many things happened before the wedding. Bridesmaids are getting to know each other. And they cannot get along with each other; sometimes even try to do some silly things just to prove that she is the best friend of Lillian.
Especially, Annie’s been suffering from some serious lost, her business, Cake Baby, her boy friend, and then lost her job, broke and kick out of the apartment that she co-rented with some other people. And she found that she no longer the best friend of Lillian. And that’s when the competition between Annie and Helen.
It’s difficult for people to recover from their past miseries. Like Annie, she just cannot through all that had happened to her. Every time, when something is happen, she’s always complaining for others, from the beginning to now.
Yes, it’s normal for people have some time to recover from it. When it takes too long to get over it, you’ll become depressed and the people around you won’t be able to stand you anymore.
Again, you need some patient friend(s), relative(s) to help you out. Or in all case, God will be the only one.
