6/8/2021 I made one dozen Salted Chicken Egg. It came out one of the egg was rotten, 9 of them not succeeded and 3 made it. And I used them to make 9 Salted Egg Buns it was delicious.
Today 7/19/2022 I made another batch of Salted Chicken Egg. Wish me luck!
