The best and quickest way to calm down is by praying.
Never do anything when you’re in emotional, especially anger.
In case of mistake happened, calm down, admit, repent, and learn from it.
The past week there’s something happen to me. Thanks for friends’ and families’ support.
Especially thanks for my kids, their understanding, supporting and praying for me.
And remember praying, not just pray for your own problem, pray for the others, especially for those whom involved in that particular incident.
