Use any way to let out the stress that you have. Never keep them inside of you.
Otherwise it’ll eventually explode, and then you’ll either hurt yourself or someone innocent.
Either by talk to people, your pets, or do something that you really like.
For example by drawing, write some articles, exercising, singing etc.
Anyway stand up and do it. You’re the one who can do the best to save yourself.
