other day, I thought about to borrow a recipe book to enjoy. After reading the
half way of this book, surprising find out that half of the book is a yummy,
healthy and nutritious recipe.
The
food that you take, it does effect of the way you are.
The
author, she used to have problem on health, began in her late teens, she
suffered from hormonal imbalance, digestive problems and anxiety. Trying different
but no help, desperate but, later become a Holistic Nutritionist, professional speaker, nutrition expert, inspire
and help the people is in need of health problems.
From couple of different prospects, the food
that you take, how to choice the food and read the nutrition facts, how to
prepare the food, the way you think.
