Working individually is hard but working
with group or team is even harder.
Well most of the time, we don’t have the choice, we just cannot
finish the tasks all by ourself. In most of the case, don’t even have the
choice to choose who you are going to work with. Or you are forced to corporate
with that particular group of people.
I kind of realized now why people leave a group
to another and then another, sad to say, they might work together as a team for
years
