seafood rice

Clam, sea cucumbers, salmon and of course rice, first have all the seafood cook just when they are cook, bring them out and use those seafood stock to cook the rice same thing with the noodles, you only need to add salt and pepper to taste, it’s deliciously good.




The clam, I buy some kind of frozen ones, forget to get the name of it, and it’s frozen, so when I cook, they don’t open the shells like you cook from the live ones, first time to know. Only two of them open when cooking them, are they still alive after long time frozen, I doubt it.
