Broiled lobster tails with garlic butter sauce.

First, always, a whole bulb of garlic, why? there is no such word as clove, in my garlic dictionary.

Clean and peel the garlic, mince it finely, set aside.

Wash lobster tail thoroughly, use scissors to cut the back open and take off the shell, leave the bottom and the tail shell on. place onto the baking pan for broiling.

Broil the lobster tails, while broiling, get the garlic butter sauce ready.

Warm the saucepan, pour in 3 t of olive oil, sauté the garlic nicely, then add 3 T of butter, mix well, turn off the fire.

Take out the lobster tails, spread garlic butter sauce evenly onto the tails, continue broil for minutes, and then turn the oven to 350 ºF, bake until it's done, you can tell by the tails' shell turn into red.
