The small salad belong to the sandwich on the lower left, it came first.
That's why it didn't get to be in this so called group picture.
Normally, but not all, when you go to a western style restaurant,
they serve all the dish at the same time for the same table of guests, unlike the Asian style restaurant.
And
my son said, that's probably, the Asian people enjoy sharing food with
others, is that right?
