stress

Try to make a list, when you have a lot of things need to be completed in some kind of period of time.
I used to in distress when that happened. It was like I don’t know what to next, I was frozen. So now I try to calm down first, and then write down all the things that I need do on a piece of paper. Every time I finish one thing, I cross it off on my paper. I fell relieved, and I encourage myself that I done a good job.
Stress is the worst thing for your body, mind and soul.
